When we decided to sell our house at 12 Knox Place, Greerton, our first question was who do we appoint as our agent? Having seen Sally's face on a lot of sold signs in the Greerton area over the years we decided to pop into the Eves office in Tauriko for a chat with her.

Right from the start we were impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm. Within a couple of days she had met us at our home to present us with a detailed proposal and plan for the whole process. After signing up we very quickly moved into the open home situation every Sunday at 12.30pm. Feedback on the open homes were always fed back to us in a timely manner. When we failed to get any offers at the auction we felt a bit down, but Sally assured us that the next move of pricing our home on the market would attract a different type of potential buyer. This proved to be the case as we received a couple of firm offers after the very next open home. We accepted an offer which was subject to sale, but Sally recommended that we continue with the open homes and viewings on request in case there were other interested parties out there.

Within a couple of weeks we received a better offer from a cash buyer and this became the one which sold our home. The whole process took less than 3 months and we were very happy with the outcome. Sally's bubbly personality and expert knowledge of the market helped guide us through a pretty stressful period. We will always be grateful to Sally for the part she played in this process and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an agent to sell their property.

We are extremely grateful we stumbled upon a sign for a house for sale with your agent details. Coming from Taumarunui we had no contacts in the industry in Tauranga.
